- Consolidated request intake into 5 channels (web, email, iOS, Siri, and Microsoft Teams) with AI parsing of emails into routed work orders.
- Built the Microsoft Teams bot staff use to create and track work orders, get daily briefings, and file job photos from chat.
- Rollout across Integrity's Dallas locations is underway.
