- Shipped the facilities work-order platform that runs the building daily — a React/TypeScript SPA on Supabase with 331 serverless functions, 1,484 database migrations, and 8 role-based portals.
- Consolidated request intake into 5 channels — web, email, iOS, Siri, and Microsoft Teams — with AI parsing of emails into routed work orders.
- Built the Microsoft Teams bot staff use to create and track work orders, get daily briefings, and file job photos from chat.
- Left the platform in production; rollout across Integrity's Dallas locations is underway.
